1. Introduction
Welcome to Day, an all-in-one personal productivity app for managing your finances, tasks, and notes. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Day application, including any content, functionality, and services offered through it. By using Day, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the app.
2. License to Use
Day and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the app and its content. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Day for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the app without our prior written consent.
You are prohibited from:
- Copying or reverse-engineering the app.
- Using the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app or its systems.
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of Day, you agree to:
- Use the app in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and not share them with others.
- Use a strong, unique password to secure your account. We are not responsible for unauthorized access to your account resulting from the use of simple or easily guessed passwords.
- Notify us immediately at day.contact@adhnan.tech if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
To protect your account, repeated attempts to access it with invalid credentials may result in a temporary suspension of sign-in functionality for 5 to 30 minutes. This security measure helps prevent unauthorized access.
4. Account Security and Unauthorized Access
You are responsible for safeguarding your account and ensuring that your password is secure. Day is not liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to use a strong password or protect your credentials. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must contact us immediately at day.contact@adhnan.tech.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Day, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the app, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data, profits, or opportunities.
- Unauthorized access to your account due to weak passwords or failure to secure your credentials.
- Errors, interruptions, or inaccuracies in the app’s functionality.
The app is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Day at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that we believe is harmful to the app or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the app will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and associated data, subject to our Privacy Policy.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or the app’s functionality. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or within the app. Your continued use of Day after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Day, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the app, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
